A bootcamp at PKClub CrossGym is a muscle-strengthening training method performed in a team under the professional supervision of a qualified and certified employee of PKClub CrossGym. The goal is to improve strength and endurance through intense group workouts over the one-hour period.

‘Forgiveness, discipline, perseverance and fresh air’, that’s how you could describe bootcamp. This training method is an outdoor training that works on your endurance, strength, figure and flexibility. Bootcamp came over from the American army and is now a trend in the Netherlands.
